Alright Bill, I'll take a stab at it. From what I can see, I don't like it. Multiple piece construction armbands were time consuming and more costly to make and therefore(IMO) were made of higher quality materials and were very nicely done. This one appears to be of some type of linen or cotton based material and the stitching is coarse(and rather crude)You can also see where the disk has been re-sewn at least once. It could be OK. The dimensions seem symmetrical enough but, I can just go by what I see.
