Thanks everyone! Great pieces Joe. My 15yr Medal is mm 2. Juncker.
One more Badge
Now we're talking... love those politicals.
Close up of the mini 10 year, and the mini-mini 11mm stickpins of the 10, 15 and 25 yr (RZM marked M11/1).
How about a mini Thuringen honor badge...
Very nice. Can't help with the NSDAP long service & I don't seem to have images of my RPT 1933's for some reason
The best I can do for now is a Frontbann....
Cheers
Don
Erich these Nurnberg badges are superb, I own a cased Bronze piece, the case is the best cased TR piece I have owned. The inside is blue with wear to the front, some scuffing etc.I am unable to post as I have no scans but one day I will.Indeed I prefer the 1929 Non portable case to the case of the first pattern blood order which I own.
Here's my 1929 Nurnberg badge with maker mark on the pinplate.
Stephen, My 29 RPT Badge has the same early markings as yours. Great Minis also! Lexy, tHE 29 Non Portable is also one of my favorites. Not too many originals around! Both my 29's came as a set.
Thringen cased with minature.
these are all just excellent pieces!!
This is my friends commemorative for the Coburg badge. Porcilian,a little smaller than the palm of your hand....
Hey John, come on, spoil us and break out the Coburgs!
Don't see that one everyday!

Wow nice stuff.
Very nice badges! I like the political stuff myself but I havn't gotten into getting badges but I may start picking some up. John is your Thurigin badge the same one you showed me at our last show? If so that is one very nice set.
Fritziii
That's a fantastic Blood Order John!
Great thread too!
A couple of my favorites here, their not rare but you don't see em everyday. I love the SA Pin the design is beautiful.
HJ Pin, love the early eagle's and great saying
"and it triumphed nevertheless"
Thanks John, and everyone else too for sharing your items, yes, a really nice thread..
John, your Coburg pin is the same date as the badge itself, for a 10 year commemorative 1932. Is this piece like the Gau Munich then Blood Order? Pin issued first then the badge came out?
Gaspare,
Yes, the Coburg pin is a 10 year commemorative badge commemorating Hitler's Coburg march.
I can only surmise that the Munich pin is a (10 year) commemorative of the 1923 Blood Order award.
John
Great pieces John. Most Impressive!
Thought I would move my 30mm GPB over here due to it being a Political award too.
And now my 24mm GPB. Let's see some Gold Party Badges! John????
Hate to see this thread grind to a halt. There has got to be more out there.

What a fantastic set John !
Did they ever establish how many AH GPB's were presented ? ...I wonder if it was recorded.
Is that the vent hole to the right of the stud ?
Thanks John and everyone for keeping this post alive. Political Awards i feel are undervalued and rated.
Eric,
Yes, the hole to the lower left is the vent hole on the 24mm badge.
Attached is a photo (poor quality) of a like set dated 1938 not showing a vent hole. That is unless it is covered by the solder used to attach the button hole mounting.
Cased SS 12 & 25 year service medals.
Very,
very nice John
Cheers

Here is the stamped variation of the 1933 Reichspartietag Tinnie:

Weinand Militaria
Great stuff being posted here!
Thought to set this back up to the top once again.

HJ Munich Aniv. Badge
Schlageter Aniv. Badge
I never tire of seeing that last one Erich
Cheers
Don
Thanks Don. It is a cool one not seen too often!
Any new items to add to keep this thread going?
--dj--Joe
I will add my first pattern Coburg badge.
And a great GPB attributed to an SS Officer that I picked up from John Pepera.
One more pass before our eyes for this great thread.
--dj--Joe
I'll add my Common Gau badge. ~ Ian
Nice Gau badge and an under appreciated IMO.
Maybe this is not the place for my Tinnie, but the main thread seems closed!
I have been astonished at the number of Tinnies you guys have, and as a new Tinnie collector I can see I have endless fun ahead!
This is my first purchase.
Hi Tristan, nice piece. The first tinnie thread was closed due to size. We continue on here.

This is an interesting thread with a lot of content. Well worth review and additional input. IMO.
--dj--Joe
Hi Joe, how about a group shot!
Erich, fabulous grouping.
--dj--Joe
Any new items to add?
--dj--Joe
Here is a porcelain 15 year Anniversary badge celebrating the March on Coburg.
My other recent pick up is this very cool 1929 silver RPT shot glass. There is an actual early silver badge attached.
It's been some time for any activity here. Any new items?
Tristan, here is a functioning link to the vast majority of tinnies posted.

How about a 1st pattern 31 SA Brunschweig Treffen badge.
That can't be easy to find.
--dj--Joe
Nope, not for one that met all my criteria for an original badge. Lot's of fake 1st pattern badges out there!
Here's a collage that I put together of my Coburg collection.
Quite impressive. How many years effort to assemble these items?
--dj--Joe
Thanks DJ,about 5 yrs or so.
BTTT for any who may have missed out.
--dj--Joe
Hi Joe,
one more of my favorites is this cased 1929 RPT plaque.
Anyone else have any political goodies to share?
hi eric
hope this e mail finds you doing well thank you for showing this magnificent collecting of coburg badges i presume the porcelain is the rarest and hard to find i have never seen one i usually dont go to the medal forum as i am not much into the medals like you but every time i see your name i look because i know you are more then qualified to talk about these badges thanks again for posting this great magnificent collection of rare badges see you at max show god willing we both will be there andy militarynut
Thanks for the kind words Andy, Yes, the porcelain Coburg March 15th anniversary tinnie is the harder one to find.
Erich, thanks much.
--dj--Joe
Two more badges.
The 29RPT badge is a later RZM marked example.
Erich,,, That porcelain piece. A friend had one years ago.
Is that in fact a small size like a tinnie pin? On the back is the pin held on with a bit of a black type cement?
Hi Gaspare, yes it's tinnie size and pin backed. My pin is held on with a white colored cement. These 15yr Coburg porcelain anniversary tinies are pretty hard to find.
Best,
Erich
Been awhile since this thread has been to the top.

This has been a popular thread. Thought it deserving of being brought to the top again.

Correction to the maker mark of my 10 year back on page 2.
Correction, the maker is in all probability - M11/14 Gebr. Jäger, Gablonz a. N. (Sudetenland) .
