The 1st, as far as research shows, yes. The second I have never seen before. It sure looks convincing with the wear. I've never heard of the L8 mark though.

Collectors more in the know than I will give you more info.

Hello

As Joe stated the first is a well known fake. It has the obverse of the "AS in Triangle" IAB and the mm of W. Hobacher.

The second looks to be an original, unknown maker referred to by collectors as a Broken Stem.
The L8 maker mark is a fake and is meant to fool. This one I think came from Warbooty site?
