At first glance I would have said "Irish - Order of the Blarney Stone - in the grade of Master Story Teller"
I am puzzled by the brick tower in the middle. Something rarely seen ?
Dave
When I seen the tower my first thought was for the veterans orginization?
SSman
The "tower" is a representation of the Zhringer castle ruins ( and/or a symbolic image of the historical greatness of the Zhringer family rulers.) This was hand painted onto each award, and , therefore, no two medals are ever exactly the same.
