Thanks Fritziii. Tough badge to find. This one has 0% of the finish remaining which is not uncommon for these because the zinc absorbs the finish and also because the finish was very thin.

Looks to be an accepted Werner Redo example. Are there remains of lacquer to the obverse? Appears as though some of the color remains on the hinge and pin.

Joe. I think what might look like laquer is actually the finish coming off the hinge and pin? I looked at it through a magnifier and don't see any traces of laquer although I could be wrong. Haven't had many of these to compare this one with.

This is a good one, and, contrary to some of the opinions here, has more finish than normally found.
Also, there are two manufacturers of this badge and this is the more common one.
