That is the correct mark for F. Dick Rohm daggers, so this one looks very promising!

Thank you for the comments, I have had this dagger for 40 yrs ,I had it for yrs before I even knew what a Rohm dagger was lol

I agree with Herman's opinion , Dick is well an official maker of this Honour dagger (as 15 other ones) and the general look
is correct .
