HELLO I HAD A 1870 IRON CROSS 2ND CLASS(IN SIZE) COME IN WITH GOOD WWII GERMAN BRINGBACK BOOTY, BUT THE TOP RING IS LIKE A GRAND CROSS. ANYONE KNOW WHY? IS THIS FOR THE 25 JUBILLE ATTACHMENT. THE RING ITSELF IS 2 PEICE ALSO BEING PART OF THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SILVER BORDER. UNMARKED. WELL I HOPE THE PHOTOS WORK. RON LEVERENZ

Doughboy,

Most unusual, to me leastwise. If you do find out exactly what it is, would you please be so kind as to let us know whatever the outcome?

Thanks and best regards!
