Hi Gents,
please someone can help me to identify this imperial german uniform button I found saturday morning in my local flea market.

The button is 23mm diameter with a maker mark Eduard Sachs Berlin on the back.

I am looking for any informations about it.

Although I can't be of much help in regards your button, I'll at least attempt a guess...

I'd say from the looks of the eagle shape possibly late 19th century, maybe up to WWI?
It reminds me of a naval or even colonial-style eagle?
