Opinions on value on early Luft Gorget

just wanted to see what the market bears on these. Don't seem to see any around.

You don't see these very often - so I believe that you snagged a Real Winner!
Haven't seen many of these for Sale - so, I don't have a feel of a 'Sale Value.' ...Txs, Dave/dblmed

So far I've found out it's an early 1st pattern, brass based version which is scarce but that's it so far.

It is a desirable gorget but not a rare gorget. The gorget is missing the majority of it's finish. Value would range from $650.00 to $750.00 in the condition shown.
