This is a very nice RAD Uniform.Just wondering if any one could give me any info on it.The shoulder patch is 214 with a 6 under it.3 of the buttons are marked J.F.S 39 and the other 3 are marked A & S 36.Can anyone tell me what the collar insignia is and what or where the Unit was and located.

Well, it's an enlisted man's/NCO tunic with the rank of Truppfuhrer, or troop leader, the lowest level of NCO rank in the RAD.

It is missing its corresponding shoulder board.

The armband looks to be a bevo wove type for the brownshirt of the early SA.

The wearer was a member of the 6th abteilung (battalion) of the 214th gruppe (group)

The armshield does not match the inside markings to the tunic, though it could have been re-issued at some point.Most of these tunics were found in a stripped state and those that survived the various culls for uniform drives, were used post war by the Czechs and other non German nations.
