Hi guys, my friend got this small pin (20x29mm). Trying to research it I found this could be related to some club of young american women and girls... but this was one and only poor link. Could anybody provide more info please?

I forgot - there is "U.J.?.A.Ž" written - I cannot translate but it must be in Czech language...
