I picked these up at the "worlds longest yard sale" recently. I know they don't have much monetary value but I just couldn't let them sit there. It's very sad that family treasures like these end up piled on a table full of junk.

I've heard of this sale, Bama...does it really stretch hundreds of miles across multiple states?

I've never made the whole route but have been over a couple of hundred miles on it. When it first started a few years ago good deals were everywhere. Now a days its mostly dealers and prices are a little higher but there's always that chance of finding an SS honor sword or feild Marshall baton so I keep going. You should try it next year. It's always a freak show, carnival, gun show and yard sale rolled into one.
