By some miracle it seems the that blade rust had thankfully avoided the dedication etch. wink

And the Olympic rings etch is a interesting variant and is a study in uneven design, deserving a spot in the 'Degenerate Blade Art' exhibit in Berlin. laugh

A rather hard to find maker is surely made much more valuable by this added dedication...too bad it was added yesterday.

90% of all SA engraved blades are dated 1936- seems out of proportion-Mike

Strange how this only happens or is seen on horribly conditioned blades.
