Hey guys, wanted to share this beautiful and somewhat rare (not sure exact rarity, when I showed Wittmann, He said he'd only seen 1 other in his career?). It came to me completely unturned, untouched and in amazing condition. The blade maintains its full crossgraining, an essentially perfect grip, good fits, perfect blade to crossguard and the scabbard has full anodizing with some lacquer remaining!Oh ya and the SS in the pictures is also a vet picked up untouched, unturned piece... grin

Can anyone help me out with the rarity of this piece? I was simply told it was rare, I guess I should really just purchase a list!

It has rarity 8/10. Made about 1000 SA's.

Considering the number of men in the SA in 1933-34, I tend to view the numbers suggested as being manufactured by these companies to be on the low side.
