For starters, I don't like:

The pebbling on the scabbard
The orientation of the Eickhorn maker mark
The Victor Lutze presentation
The scabbard screw

Be sure, a bad copy.
As an explanation it is requested by our COC: beside the silhouette there is really nothing on this piece which is like from an original one.
