I had to share this with everyone...

I just love the Seller's description:
.Military issue knife made in SOLINGEN-GERMANY. Black handle embossed with silver eagle and serpent. Total length 25cm or nearly 10 inches.Stainless steel type blade ,I am told that this is so hard that it can only be engraved with a special hardened tool .I obtained this knife from a relative in the 1960's. He had served in the forces and informed me that the knife was GERMAN GESTAPO or SS ISSUE and was taken from a prisoner during the war .I do not know if the knife is genuine or a copy but it certainly looks genuine and is beautifully engineered. It would be a superb addition for those interested in militaria. There is inscribed German writing on the blade, but it is faded and I cannot make out what it says, which probably means that the knife is a genuine original.
