I've been looking around at Early SS Daggers, and I've come across this Böker that looks nice.
I'm not a fan of purchasing such high valued collectible relics over the net, but they're becoming harder to find each passing day.

I have some pics from the website, hopefully the quality isn't too terrible.

One thing I noticed is a lack of a Gau (No I, II or III). Is this normal for an Early SS Böker?

That dagger has been sold a long time ago. Though still listed available.

That is indeed a very nice Böker SS, with the typical, very dark motto.

Some early SS-daggers don't have the " I or II or III" mark or sometimes it was very lightly applied.

This SS-dagger maker is considered the "most desirable of all" by many collectors and therefore very tough to find nowadays...

JR, In such quality, I would've been surprised if someone hasn't already snatched it up!

Herman, I could see why a Böker model is desirable. Thanks for the info about the upper crossguard markings, I've seen a few without them, good to know.
