Hi,
I am a ww2 gun collector. now i am offered ss dagger because i am not an expert in this field i am asking for help. So does it seem like a copy
Kindly
Nord
a very decent dagger with what appears to be a unique vertical hanger variation, seldom seen be mindful that you place the upper and lower crossguards back on correctly when disassembling/reassembling A nice honest dagger in collectible condition Market value $3500 to $4000 IMO cheers and best, Ryan
I agree. Correct dagger. With the hanger, I would say $4000-$4500.
Good purchase
Hi guys,
Thanks for the comments, I guess I'll buy a dagger

I agree, that is a nice & classic M33 Hammesfahr SS-dagger.
If you manage to buy it for around 2500 EUR, you would have a good deal in my opinion!
Except if it has a part of the Röhm inscription preserved, than it is worth more...
So why did you post it on the Röhm forum?
Best regards,
Herman
Hi Herman,
Thanks for your opinion .I just joined this forum today and I guess I was a little too hasty and posted on the Rohm forum, sorry
Kindly
Nord
That OK, Nord. I have moved this to the SS Dagger Forum from the Rohm Forum.

Hello everybody.
This dagger is in my collection and I did not offer it to anyone. Photos are taken from here
http://www.sammler.ru/index.php?showtopic=146347Be careful. This could be cheating.
Vik,
If the dagger is yours, how did Nord get the detailed pictures and the dis assembled pictures ?
Dave
Photos taken from a forum where it was discussed seven years ago.

It has already been sold once.

This item is in my possession and is not for sale.

Curiouser and curiouser, as Alice once said.
Nord - who is offering you this dagger ?
Vik - if it ever is for sale, let me know.
Dave
This wouldn’t be the first time someone attempted to sell a dagger that they don’t own with pics taken from a forum. M
Nord, I’d be very careful with whoever is offering you this Hammesfahr.
You are right on that, Billy.
