The etch of motto and Trademark looks good and the "dot's" on the edge of the letters are known for herder.

Poultry and peephole in the handle original??

Hard to judge,it needs some better pics,close-ups.

The grip looks like a new fake with a bit of weathering. Look at the area around the rune.

The rest of the dagger ... Who knows? Probably real but in terrible shape which is why there is a new grip.

Handle is not a HERDER one for sure.

Because the seller did not describe the hilt in the auction! and only when I asked for warranty .. He refused to confirm or original .. I immediately wrote it here.
