That mark looks off centre and is different from mine. Mine has the RZM in front of the 1317/40 SS and is more centred on the blade. I am not saying it's not good , just different.

We have an example in the SS RZM Code library. This one does not look correct to me.

I've seen it on 1052 blades, BUT with diffrent year code.
One with rzm and one w/o rzm in front of the code.
