anyone seen a tie pin like this before? small brass eagle rzm marked on back with what looks like a D with a kind of leef going through it does anyone have any info on it?

I have not seen a brass one, but white metal ones, RZM marked, are common.

Most are M1929 pointy wing eagle. I think the were more lapel pins than tie pins.
