Here my latest find , a Customs Promotion Document . It is of large heavy stock paper , measuring 10 by 14 inches .

This is an important document , since it promots the man from the highest NCO rank to the first Officer's rank in the Customs Service . The name is hand written and each letter has a red ink line around it ;- very nicely done .

Lower section has an original black ink signature and embossed cancel .
