I have a downloaded attachment,How do I get it to post on my thread?

Under the reply or post window, you will see "Attachment Manager". Click it to open a window that lets you browse your computer for the files. When you find one, double click it to get the name in the box, and click "Add File". Repeat as needed, then click "Done Adding Files". When you click the "Submit" button, the files will be loaded to the forum. Users can load up to 5 files at a time, Premium Members and moderators can add up to 10 files at a time. This is not available in the "Quick Reply" window at the bottom of a thread. Note that only Administrators can attach HTML or program files because of security concerns.

I do not get the option "done adding files" or "submit" after downloading and adding file.

When you click "Done", look at the "Attachment Manager" line. If "(Total Files:)" has a number after it, your files will have been accepted and will load when you click "Post Reply".
