I may have asked before ,how do you resize with Vista.I don't have "Office"

I went from Win XP to Windows 7, and even on Windows 7, I still use PhotoShop to do my photo work. If you search the Internet for "photo resizing tool", you'll find quite a few free downloads available. There is even one from Google
