What I see here is an original M36 SS-dagger with B2-type chain. The US books call it type 2.
The blade is somehow the disappointing part in my opinion, being sharpened and buffed.

One thing that you need to check is the blade to guards fit, which is not shown in your pictures.

Looks rather promising, but you need to post closeup pictures of the chain links in order to authenticate any M36 SS dagger.

The red stains on the chain look unusual however..

The original B2 and C-type chains are always magnetic, that is not the problem at all.
