I recently received two new maker marks into my Eickhorn collection of HJ knives.

I want to share them with you, along with their other Eickhorn family of knives.

I will lead off with my transitionals, those knives dated 1938 and up. None of my transitionals are mottoed.

First up is a 1938.

We now get into my oval TM Eickhorns.

I will show you one then take a break for a while and leave the double ovals for a later time.

This is a poor shape knife for sure. But, it also has the very early single oval serrated tail TM, probably one of the earliest of productions for TR era.
