"A,A" (bAgged, tAgged) EICKHORN navy. Came with my other bagged and tagged EICKHORN blades which, as I were told, came from a period closed retail store. Interestingly is that the dagger obviously is a late in the war produced piece (which does conform that it stayed within the shop) when EICKHORN also did use parts of other firms (like WKC, as in this case pommel eagle and crossguard) when they ran out of their own parts. The dagger retained 100% (!!!) protection laquer and therefore also has the bright gilding look OVERALL. Also noticable the frosted gilding look of the pommel eagle and the scabbard bands. The scans cannot do justice to this dagger.
