Gaspare, thanks. Smile

One more time to the top. There should be example after example out there in collectors hands.

To my eye it is a powerful, symbolic badge.

Hello,
Here are two badges I have. The first is a bronze A.S. in a triangle. The second is a silver BWS in a cloverleaf. I believe I've shown these in another thread and they were deemed original.

Stan, nice JFS IAB.

Bill, Both period badges. AS in a triangle is still an unknown maker.
BSW is for Brder Schneider Wien. Yours is called the "micro". logo variant. Nice, thanks for showing it. Smile

I can't believe these are all the examples we have so far. There are many makers of this badge.

I just came across my others..

This badge was minty mint! Had it put away properly. Haven't seen it in about a year or so. You can't tell from the photo and flash but there is portions of the badge where the finish is darkend and some where it actually came off!

anyway, he she is:

Laurence, are you sure it's not a bronze? Appears so from the pic's could be the lighting.
