Reds, it is a commemorative, not official, award to honor the memory of the Naval corps of Flanders.
Saw one listed for E60,00

dond. Go to the "Computer Help & Idea Exchange Forum". Check out the "Web Photo Resizing Tool" supplied by Aaron Buck.I have not used it for awhile but it worked very well at the time. Good luck.
