Hi Davey, It is difficult to tell a 'good' M-43 even when you have much more detailed scans than these. IMO it is even difficult to tell when you are holding one in your hands. Unless you know the seller and have a no nonsense return privilge, I would stay away from it. Also, thanks for the links to the sniper stuff. Roll Eyes

Hi Mike,

Hope you are well and thanks for replying.

It is quite difficult to tell these days. I think the seller has been honest enough with his description.

I just may place a bid myself. The winning bidder may strike gold on this one.

Rgds,

Davey

Abend alles,

I've asked the seller to post a pic of the front of the cap.

Link to view as per initial post.

Rgds,

Davey

You may get 'lucky' but, I don't think with this one. It well may be worth the low opening bid as something to wear but, IMO it looks quite newly made from that additional picture of the front. Good luck. Roll Eyes

Hi all,

Nick, can I ask, what sort of coin would you expect to pay for such an item, from a dealer?

Rgds,

Davey

War is when your government tells you who the enemy is.
Revolution is when you figure it out for yourself.
