Regarding the shoulder board above, I'm sorry....I don't see the difference. Yes, double rows of brown cord on the lower ranks, but how exactly would you have double rows of brown cord woven into the "meister" pattern. I have only seen police boards with the pattern shown in Bernd's board.
The board and your illustration look identical to me. What am I missing?
