"Almost" Meister Shoulder Boards, IMO
Bernd, your Boards are so, so very close to those next to impossible to find TeNo / TN 1943-1945 Shoulder Boards. (We all know how hard it is to find ANY of this 3rd Series of TN Ranks!!)
IMO, your Boards conform in every way to the TN 1943-1945 Shoulder Boards, with the exception of the number of rows of Brown Cording. From what I have read in the 1945 Taschenbuch der TN, and in the 12, 1943 "Die Raeder" - it is my conclusion that the TN Meister Boards should have two (2) rows of the double brown corded Material, instead of one (1) row.
Your Board is so close that it HURTS, to look and see that there are not the 2 Rows present!
I am hopeful that Hugh Taylor will cover these 'fine detail' aspects in the "Vol. 2 - Police" book which is being published. ....Txs, Dave/dblmed
