The makers mark is spot on. Condition wise - well thats anothere story. Its hard to tell from the pics but the scabbard may be a repaint. Considering the rest of the condition of the sword its unusual thats is so good. Also the scabbard has lower screws. I own a Klaas and it has none, this may be an indicator of a repaint. Still if the price is right it may not be a bad buy.

In the new photos the paint looks like it could be period. As sturmbrigade said "if the price is right". Anybody else have a Klaas? I bet you can find thier swords with and without screws.

Although not mint, the condition is not that bad. With a little TLC it can become a handsome piece.
Good luck,
Peter
Kind regards,
Peter Jan
