You can buy post-war autographed photos of many of the Knight's Cross winners for a reasonable price, around $45 or so. The guys with the Oakleaves and Swords maybe a bit more. The wartime postcards that are signed are considerably more -- often over $100 and up to a couple of thousand, depending upon who it is. Be careful there too as there are many fakes, even post-war signed photos...
