I'm new to the uniform aspect of TR collecting...My question is that on the double breasted Political tunics...are the black pants proper with the double breasted tunic only?...Also do these black pants have rzm tags as well as the black ties?

THE FOURTH PATTERN POLITICAL LEADER UNIFORM ALLOWS FOR THE WEAR OF THE BLACK TROUSERS WITH THE SINGLE BREASTED TUNIC FOR WALKING OUT DRESS, THE SINGLE BREASTED WHITE TUNIC FOR WALKING OUT DRESS AND ALWAYS WITH THE DOUBLE BREASTED TUNIC. IN MOST CASES, THE TROUSERS WILL BE RZM TAGGED. THE BROWN TIE IS ALWAYS WORN, NEVER BLACK.
