It looks like the damage to the SA "meatball" was done immediately after the decal was applied and some inexperienced Kraut stacked another helmet on top of this one and the D-ring of the other helmet pushed it down.

When Cody says there is a handful of these helmets in existence, he is very generous with his numbers. As far as I am aware, there are two known. If you want to add one of these to your collection, you pretty much have to wait until Cody wants to sell. Then pay him what he wants.....
