Fragebogen or personal questionnaire. From this we see that he joined the SS on 5 May 1932. But how did he qualify for a R�hm dagger? We also see that he had been a member of the SA from 24 September 1931 though 4 May 1932 before joining the SS. This placed his continuous membership before the required 31 December 1931 date.
