Great looking bayo. Is the frog marked on the back?
If I'm reading the chart correctly the knot is for 2nd Battalion, 1st Battery (if flak) or 1st Company (if signals).

You can find them in original books and they have also been reprinted several times. Tom Johnson has a paperback book "Third Reich Edged Weapon Accouterments. Which is the one I used. Check his site www.johnsonreferencebooks.com . They originally were printed in small paperback booklets which had color drawings of many of the well know organizations. It's been condensed into one book recently, "Deutche Uniformen" by Sascha Weber www.militariafachbuch.de .
