We believe the same person did the Earnst Kraft piece. Although the work on this is superior in detail and quality. I suspect Frederick will chip in on his views as he has seen this piece in hand. The scabbard on this piece is also done unlike the Kraft and Knoblauch pieces.The reverse has also been done in as good detail as the front.
The Kurt Knoblauch piece in Ralfs SA book is also similar but has different charecteristics. On this piece the scroll on the front is the other way up and the acorns are done differently, but could have been done by the same hand.
