......that Jewelry Detective book for a small publication has a lot of testing info.. And,,very inexpensive... Thank you...I will go for it...if I can find it Ric You can buy it on Amazon for about £15.

I posted this once before. Not sure if still here so,,,, Another book I can recommend. No war rings. But, plenty of skull rings . Some from the late 40s and right into the 70s, 80s.... Many have a decent value still! - and a period advert, This ring many buy thinking it is WWII. A known pattern just made even cheaper and has a value now of about $50 to $75 in VG condition.. And,, a bag of cheapies someone gave me.. 2 motifs we recognize,,, skull rings and lion rings... For those that collect,,value - $25....
