It is a real honor for me that I was allowed to save this item from falling into oblivion. Worldwide I do know only one or two others beside mine. One OR two? One did show up once on a diplomats dagger at Wittmann and Johnson (see the thread) and a second on a fake diplomats bayonet at a prominent german dealer coming from the states. I do not know if this certain portepee has been one and the same changing the sidearm or these are two different ones. Therefore one OR two... I would like to hear of ANY other owner on such a portepee! There should be at least some few others around.
