Mikee is correct, either with roe deer (Rehwild) nor red deer (Rotwild) or fallow deer (Damwild) the female part has antlers. You do see this very well in your Schuetzenscheibe of "1.Gruppe Scharfschützenkompanie Lambsdorf" where a roe deer - deer and a roe deer - hind is shown.
