Here is a sword that made me happy when I found it: French naval model 1837, made in Klingenthal, Germany.

First one that I encountered in its original storage bag.

Any other French naval swords out there to show?

Best regards,

Herman

A very nice French Navy sword complete with the knot. The storage bag is very interesting with the purse style closure at the top. I have seen that style of closure on pistol bags but never on a sword bag.

Congratulations.
