Hello i bought these 2 daggers from auctionhouse. What do you people with more knowledge think of these? Are they good pieces or fakes/mixed parts?

Just started to wonder because that other grip dosent fit perfectly.
1st dagger is on white table and second is darker.

How much are these worth about if they r original?

Poor reproductions. Available at most gunshows for $25-50.

Thanks guys, glad for getting quick help.
They was cheap pieces but 280$ each is totally too much for poor repro.
Gotta get my dollars back, think the auctioneer is trusted but hes no ww2 military expert.

An oxymoron if I ever heard one : Auctioneer is Trusted but with no experience.
No disrespect towards you Mr daggers ...but study everything first before impulse.

Yeah thanks Larry. My bad making things in rush. Have done some business with him on other items and he seems legit so i trusted, but seems like he has no experience from ss-stuff or war stuff but normal antiques paintings/furniture etc..or he just recyclinh accident ..gotta be careful.. there was like 20 daggers/bayonets from same collector and most of em sold.. i hope all wasnt poor repros hehe.. also bought 2 bayonets and one dress dagger.

Heres another dagger that came with auction. Couldnt find it on anywhere in Google or on collectors , found only some repclicas that look similar and they were called
(German Dress Eagle Ivory Brass Dagger Knife).

Guess its same poor repro?

That is a reproduction of a Hermann Goering presentation dagger. Sells in the $50-75 range.

Your guess is correct..this type were massed produced repros from the original which was called the Industrial dagger and was presented to Herman Goring. Whereabouts are unknown as far as I know. This example is a modern repro with a market value of $30 US ..if in mint condition.

Regards Larry
