This is a WW 1 trench art / trench knife that appears to have been made by a soldier from a knife or bayonet blade and features a piece of aircraft aluminum for a custom fighting grip. It was discovered by me in an extensive WW 1 collection. I asked many experts, and even took it to a WW 1 antique road show for more opinions. This is a mean looking tool of war! I am not sure if it is American, British, or German, but it is old, and probably one of a kind. The blade measures about 7 1/4" long, the grip is about 5" long. There are no marker marks, and is un-cleaned. $695.00 plus actual shipping in the USA only. Paypal or Money Order is OK.
