- my source tells me they are all 1940 dated, for the 'Continuation War',,but only the 1940 ring in Iron..

So far very little documentation/info on the ring other than the link we have and our own discussions. I think now that we have raised interest there is hope some info will turn up.

Yes the ring to get for 2015 is this gold for iron Finn ring for sure!

I cant agree with your argument iron: I show shot from dugger, he say that ring too from german silver
Here in Russia (as you know almost 99% rings dugs), no one heard about iron ring

One more repite: no one here in Russia, have not seen or heard about these rings made of iron and no one here show me iron ring

Evgeniy.,,,yes your rings come from vets and the ground. There would be no reason for one of these rings to be in any of Russia's former republics..

These rings were for civilians! most who gave their wedding rings for this steel ring. It would be hard to find one out of Finland.

It's just a low produced ring, made for the civilian populace, yes finding one is going to be super hard,,a true rare ring to get!.
