Just clicked your link and it worked for me, I would try another browser- I usually have 2 or 3 available, chrome, Safari, and Firefox - usually one or the other works.

I tried it in firefox and it worked, seamonkey is what I use and it didn't work.
Website seems flawed, once I filled out the info and hit "place order", everything disappeared and nothing went through.
