This is a pre war jacket from the Baltics.. The armband is a common printed B&W 'In the Service of' band. On it is a Ukrainian foreign volunteer shield. Folded up and sewn on to band. The band is attached to sleeve with sewn on snaps that go around the back half of band.. Is it good[?] , the jacket is authentic,,the band is authentic, the shield is too. Just a cool [to me] old thing that survived the flood and I still have.
