The piece appears to be a German Imperial or Weimar era nahkampfmesser. I looked in Anthony Carter's The Sword And Knife Makers of Germany 1850-2000 (Vol. 1 A-L), but found no reference to or marking like yours under the "L" section. I suspect it was made by one of the smaller Solingen firms.
