I notice a difference in the RZM marking compared to the example shown on page 172 in Wittman's book which has the trade mark burnished opposite to that shown here i.e. the background of the RZM disc is dark as is the 1197 etc and the circle and M are light.Don't know if thats a red flag or not

Searched 1197/39 and all the daggers that showed up are marked with the code darkening the same as the one on p172 of Wittman's book.

The color of background and the circle and M are only shooting corne effect. In a reality all corresponds to Wittman's book.
